Big-headed Manchester United star Dimitar Berbatov has hit back at critics of his international form saying: "I'm too high up to even see you."
Boastful Berba hit back on his blog after sports fans blamed him for Bulgaria's 2-0 defeat by Poland last week.
The Old Trafford striker - who captained his national side - was accused of holding back because he'd rather play for his club than his country.
"He dug up a pot of money in Man U, and now does not care about national squad games and plays too carefully because he's afraid of injuries.
"He behaves like a model, not a captain," one teammate is said to have told local media.
Retiring Bulgaria goalkeeper Dimitar Ivankov is said to have told one newspaper of Berba: "He couldn't score from 15 feet, but was furious that the Poles scored twice in my net."
Now angry Berbatov has hit back at the "haters" who he says are just jealous of his "big success."
"This article is for those who cannot bear to sleep when someone else is prospering.
"These people will never overcome their values - malice and envy - and to see how much better the world we live in could be.
"They will never be men of dignity," he wrote in his blog, berbatov.bg
Then Berbatov quoted a local poet saying: "I am the dog you love to have, because I am a big success."
The star claimed he would be remembered "forever" for his talent before ending: "I am standing too high to catch sight of you. Even if I fall I won't fall as low as you."
