A Bridge Too Car

Dozy trucker Martin Koller caused a massive tailback in Koblenz, Germany, when he tried to get under a low bridge carrying cargo of luxury motors.

Koller, 42, ignored height warning signs and wedged his load into the roof of the bridge, unable to go forwards or reverse out.

Firefighters took five hours to pull the truck and its six cars from the tunnel, making sure it was not going to collapse once they'd removed the lorry.

"It was my own fault. I saw the sign but just forgot which truck I was driving," Koller told police.
