ING Insurance Central Europe leases offices in Cluj-Napoca

ING Insurance Central Europe has leased 4,000 square metres in an office building in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, it was announced today (Weds).

ING Insurance Central Europe’s regional Shared Services Centre will be located in the Amera Tower office building, DTZ Echinox real-estate consulting company said.

A total of 1,000 employees would work at the center in Cluj-Napoca, ING previously said, with 300 transferring there this year and the rest by 2013.

The new ING offices in Cluj-Napoca will engage in insurance back-office operations, finance and accounting and IT for ING Insurance offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Greece and Spain.
