Five arrested over teen sex ring

Italian police have arrested five Romanians after they were discovered running a teen sex ring.

The Romanian Interior Ministry said today (Weds) the gang were arrested in Modena yesterday.

Police said they had forced teenage girls to prostitute themselves at a local hotel. They added a female receptionist at the hotel had also been involved.

The arrests came after a joint operation between Romanian and Italian police forces.
