Carlos Saura´s movie to be screened in Bucharest

There will be a gala screening today (Fri) of Spanish director Carlos Saura’s movie "Io, Don Giovanni" at the Elvira Popescu cinema in Bucharest.

Saura, 78, is one of the most important Spanish directors. His film will be screened during the special film festival "Classic Flamenco and the New Genres" organised by the Cervantes Institute and the Spanish embassy in Bucharest.

Anther six movies directed by Saura are going to be screened this week-end.

"Io, Don Giovanni" has not yet premiered in Spain.
