Romanian Times

Internazionale Milan player Cristi Chivu today (Tues) launched in Slatina the local edition of the Inter Campus project, aimed at promoting sports for disadvantaged children.

Chivu, who is also captain of the Romanian national football team, participated in the official launch although he had already been called up for the national team’s training for the Poland match on Saturday.

Chivu told the hundreds of children who came to see him that they must believe in their dreams and respect one another.

FC Internazionale Milano, Pirelli and the Comunita Nuova Association have launched the InterCampus project in Romania.
